We are delighted to share that Renaissance Legal has been awarded Gold STEP Employer Partner status as of January 2025 – an achievement that recognises the firm’s ongoing commitment to professional development and excellence in the private client sector.
This recognition comes as part of the Society of Trusts and Estates Practitioners (STEP) Employer Partner Programme (EPP) re-accreditation process, during which firms are assessed on the level of support they provide to their teams in areas such as training, career progression, and professional development.
Back in 2018, Renaissance Legal became one of only a handful of practices in the South East region to be recognised as an “employer partner” by the Society of Trusts and Estates Practitioners (STEP). First launched in 2016, the Employer Partnership Programme was designed to help employers deliver the best possible learning and professional development outcomes for staff and teams.
Philip Warford, Managing Director of Renaissance Legal, said:
“We’re incredibly proud to receive this recognition from STEP. Supporting the continuous learning and development of our team has always been at the heart of what we do. Achieving Gold Employer Partner status is a fantastic endorsement of our approach, and I want to thank everyone involved—especially our internal team who led the re-accreditation submission and those who gave invaluable contributions in the assessment interviews.
This award reflects the culture we have built at Renaissance Legal—one that values expertise, growth, and the highest professional standards. We look forward to continuing to support our team and our clients with excellence”.
